BILLING:
What billing or insurance information will I receive?
You may recieve an EOB (Explantion of Benefits from you insurance company with a check for your visits as certain out of network insurances send payments directly to patients instead of the physician. If you do, please bring them into the office with all of your paperwork and we will take care of it or you so you are properly credited or you may recieve a bill for unpaid services.
How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?

Save time when visiting us by completing your new patient forms online. As with any medical office, we will need some initial information and your medical history to set you up as a new patient. Prior to your visit, please fill out these forms, print and bring them with you to your appointment along with you insurance card and drivers license. We look forward to seing you.
When looking for a chiropractor, a

chiropractors who appear competent
and trustworthy. It also helps to ask
